Traditional Debt Collection
All accounts received will be actioned the day it is lodged with us. We suggest an Immediate phone-call, followed by a demand letter. Our Software schedules this for the next contact date, and if no payment is received after calls and demands, we may suggest to proceed with Legal action after we have ascertained the chances of recovery, eg: Debtor owns property, car, Assets etc.
Please note that if you make your customers aware on invoicing and or service agreement with you that any collection fees are recoverable then our costs will be added to the debt. This means that your business will have a free Debt Collection service.

Legal Action
Challenge Commercial Collections will not undertake any Legal action without first conducting the necessary searches to ascertain the chances of recovery. We only charge scale cost and there is no addItional fees for faxes and phone calls. All action is maintained by our offices. We will always provide a quote on each matter for your approval.
Minor debt claims are all done in house. A Minor debt claim can be issued for debts up to $7500.00. A Minor Debt Claim can save you a considerable amount of costs if you are prepared to attend court on any defended matters rather than have a solicitor act on your behalf.
